Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court finds no ground warranting interference in the impugned order of suspension.
However, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of with the observation that the respondents shall endeavour to conclude the enquiry proceedings with expedition and preferably within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. This direction of course shall be subject to the petitioner cooperating in the enquiry proceedings and not taking any unnecessary adjournments.
