Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to set aside the impugned order dated 24.4.2019 passed by IIIrd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pilibhit in Criminal Revision No. 15 of 2019 ,Ghanshyam Singh Vs. Ravindra Pal Singh and another, under Section 397 Cr.P.C. P.S. Sungarhi District Pilibhit.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that they have been falsely implicated by the police under the alleged sections.
In that view of the matter, they are permitted to move discharge application within three weeks from today through counsel before the trial Court and the trial court shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of application along with certified copy of this order.
Till the discharge application is decided, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicants.
With the aforesaid direction,the application is disposed of.
