O R D E R Mr. R.G. Hegde, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. Y.D. Harsha, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, has prayed for a direction to the respondents to provide storm water drain and footpath to Ambagilu Pete Main Road starting from Shalabagilu Cross to Kanchikan Cross of Uppound Village, Kundapur Taluk, Udupi District.
3. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.
Y.D. Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been granted and the storm water drain and footpath, both have already been constructed.
4. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
