After some arguments, Sri Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall tender his reply to the show cause notice and make a prayer that the police authorities should be restrained from harassing the petitioner. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to raise the aforesaid grievances before the competent authority in a reply to be submitted by him within a period of one week. In case such reply is submitted within the aforesaid period, the respondent No.3 shall decide the issue after considering the reply of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. The exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
