Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance and willful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 29.01.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 13896 of 2020 (Ravindra Nath Patel Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that in order to deposit the managerial contribution, letters were written by the applicant to the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) Gorakhpur Region VII Gorakhpur on various date, the copy of the aforesaid letters were appended in the paper book at page No.16 to 19. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that in similar circumstances, the letter was written and order was passed by the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) Gorakhpur Region VII Gorakhpur in the matter of Paras Nath and others in compliance of the order passed in Writ A No.22974 of 2016 ( Paras Nath And 3 Others Vs. State of U.P. and others). It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) Gorakhpur Region Gorakhpur should also be issued necessary directions in this matter in the same terms.
Put up as fresh this matter in the week commencing 29.11.2021 In the meanwhile, Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party will seek instructions in the matter.
