List has been revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the applicant. Sri K. R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party is present.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 27.07.2009 passed in Writ Petition No.28409 of 2020.
An affidavit of compliance was filed by the opposite party. In paragraph no.5 of the aforesaid compliance affidavit, it is stated that pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court, a decision has already been taken by the opposite party on 18.11.2009, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit of compliance.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order passed by this Writ Court has been duly and fully complied with in its letter and spirit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
