Sri O.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, all the reliefs that had been prayed for by him have been granted by the respondents themselves. The only thing that remains is payment of arrears of salary on account of fixation that has been done by the respondents w.e.f 01.01.1986, 01.01.1996 and grant of promotional pay scale w.e.f 01.01.2008.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that in this regard he may be permitted to submit a fresh representation for payment of arrears to the respondent no. 6, i.e District Inspector of Schools, Gonda and the respondent no. 6 be directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order upon the same within the specified time. To the said prayer, learned Standing counsel has no objection.
Accordingly, taking into consideration that primarily all the reliefs that had been prayed for by the petitioner have already been granted and only thing that remains is grant of arrears to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh comprehensive representation to the respondent no. 6 within a period of two weeks from today. It is provided that in case such a representation is submitted to the respondent no. 6, i.e District Inspector of Schools, Gonda then the respondent no. 6 shall proceed to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within next eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation along with a certified copy of this order.
