This writ petition has been filed for a direction that the Case No. 1170/47 of 2017 (State Vs. Ram Naresh) under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Bidhuna, District Auraiya be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Under Rule-67 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 a case filed under Section 67 has to be concluded within 90 days from the date of its institution.
Since the case which is sought to be expedited was instituted in 2017, it is being directed that the Case No. T- 2017143658013327 of 2017 (Gram Sabha vs. Parvez Alam) be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. .
