1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.
2. This is thoroughly misconceived and ill-advised writ petition. It appears that there is some dispute with regard crop standing on Gata No. 142 area 0.332 Hectare and petitioner has come with the prayer that a writ of mandamus be issued to authorities to permit him to cut the sugar cane crop standing on the aforesaid land.
3. Such kind of dispute are not entertainable in writ jurisdiction and remedy lies in common law. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
