Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner, a Junior Assistant in the office of District Accountant Examination Office, Aligarh, on being appointed came to be posted at Aligarh. Thereafter, on request, he was transferred to District Pratapgarh on 30 June 2017 and thereafter, by the impugned order of the same date, petitioner has been re- directed/transferred to District Amethi in public interest.
Petitioner claims to be a permanent resident of District Pratapgarh and has taken a plea of personal difficulty in paragraph no. 8 of the writ petition .
No illegality or infirmity has been pointed out in the impugned transfer order dated 30 June 2017, passed by the second respondent-Director, Local Fund Account Examination Department, U.P., Prayagraj.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the second respondent. In the event a representation being filed, it expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the second respondent by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that this Court has not interfered with the impugned order.
