Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioners are stated to have supplied edibles during the municipal elections in district Shahjahanpur but their bills are not being cleared. The petitioners have submitted a representation dated 14.05.2019 to the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur/District Election Officer, Shahjahanpur, Respondent No.3.
In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Respondent No.3 to consider the above representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
