The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 30.03.2018, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffar Nagar in Case No. 1607/11 of 2014 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this application and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
