Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the validity of the order impugned dated 19.9.2018 passed by the second respondent, by which he has rejected the stay application filed alongwith the Appeal No.C201802000001621 (Ravindra Kumar Vishwakarma vs. State of UP and others).
Once the Court has declined to interfere with the impugned order then learned counsel for the petitioner prays that direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the aforesaid appeal within stipulated time.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid appeal by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
