In terms of the impugned order, the petitioner has been merely transferred from the office of the District Magistrate to that of the Sub Divisional Magistrate in that District. The said order does not fall foul of any statutory rule or terms and conditions of service of the petitioner.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
