JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner asserts that the salary being given to the petitioner has been reduced,without any opportunity of hearing to him. Even the reasons for such reduction have not been given.
Sri M.M. Asthana, Advocate, who appears for opposite party nos.2 to 6, states that indeed salary has been reduced, however, he would take instructions whether show-cause notice/opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner or not.
