Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
We have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA and perused the record.
From perusal of the FIR, prima facie, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out.
No ground for interference is made out. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
