Heard Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State. Perused the record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 5.7.2019 registered as case crime no. 0647 of 2019 under section 376 IPC, police station Noida Sector 49 District Gautam Budh Nagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim-Respondent No.3 and the petitioner have voluntarily married and are living happily. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties.
Investigating Officer is directed to consider the amicable settlement between the parties while submitting the police report in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
