1. Sri Ravindra Godbole, Secretary, Ghaziabad Development Authority, Ghaziabad is present and also filed an affidavit. The affidavit does not give complete information and in fact the information contained therein is self contradictory.
2. Learned counsel for Ghaziabad Development Authority state that he may given further time to file more details through affidavit. He has also placed record with regard to acquisition of land in dispute and also some documents with respect to allotment. Let this record be kept in a sealed cover.
3. Subject to payment of cost of Rs. 25,000/- respondent Ghaziabad Development Authority is permitted to file a further detailed affidavit as requested by learned counsel, giving details as to how many plots were in the scheme, how many persons were allotted and in what manner they were accommodated and on which date and how the entire land was utilised.
