This is defendant's petition seeking for expeditious disposal of Original Suit No.288 of 2007 (Tikam Singh v. Padam Singh & Ors.). On a pointed query made by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to intimate as to the stage of the suit.
No positive direction as such can be given. The trial court, however, is expected to make all endeavour to decide the Original Suit No.288 of 2007 (Tikam Singh v. Padam Singh & Ors.), as expeditiously as possible.
