Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate on behalf of the State/opposite party no.1.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant Ravindra Baliyan with a prayer to quash the chargesheet No.114 of 2014 dated 18.06.2014 arising out of Case Crime No.204 of 2014, cognizance order dated 03.07.2014 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.4256 of 2018 (State vs. Ravindra Baliyan and others), under sections 498A, 323, 504, 313 I.P.C., Police Station Thana Bhawan, District Shamli, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli at Kairana.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application at this stage. He may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application at appropriate stage in case the parties entered into compromise.
Prayer so made by the learned counsel for the applicant is allowed.
The application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
