As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 9.4.2010, no amount of Rs. 4000/- in pursuance of the order dated 22.2.2010 was deposited by the applicant with the Mediation Centre.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that on 14.5.2010 he deposited the amount by the permission of the Court in Crl. Misc. Application No. 134128 of 2010, photocopy of which has been produced before the Court, is taken on record. The original copy of the said application is not available on record. For the last two dates, office is being directed to trace out aforesaid application and place the same on record but instead placing the same on record the office is submitting vague reports.
List on 8.3.2011. Office is directed to trace out the Crl. Misc. Application No. 134128 of 2010 and place the same on record without fail, otherwise submit its report.
Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing.
