Ravinaben vs Director

(1) The present petition is restricted to prayer clause 21(B). The Director, Primary Education, Gandhinagar, is directed to decide the appeal within a period of two months from the receipt of this order. No other prayer is granted.

(2) With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. Notice is discharged.
