This writ petition has been filed for issuing mandamus directing Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur (respondent-2) to ensure fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.356 of 2018 under sections 323, 308 I.P.C. P.S. Line Bazar, district Jaunpur It is alleged that the F.I.R. was lodged on 4.7.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the fact of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur (respondent-2) to ensure a fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No.356 of 2018 under sections 323, 308 I.P.C. P.S. Line Bazar, district Jaunpur and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
