(The order of the Court was made by ANITA SUMANTH,J ) This petition has been filed by one Mr.Ravi stating that his wife Mrs.Seethaladevi, aged 24 years has been missing, since 28.09.2016, along with her minor daughter Ms.Misitha.
2. When the matter was called for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the detenue appears to be eloped with the third respondent herein along with her minor daughter.
3. On the basis of the above narration of facts, we are convinced that there are no illegal detention of the detenue. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
