JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the impugned order dated 09.03.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.4416 of 2017 in Crime No.741 of 2016, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, extended the time granted to the petitioner to furnish sureties as per the earlier direction of the Court, while granting anticipatory bail. Further, a sum of Rs.15,000/- was directed to be paid by the petitioner, as a condition for allowing that petition. To relax the condition with regard to the payment of Rs.15,000/- the petitioner has come up with this Criminal Original Petition.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent.
3. Heard both the sides.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Chennai is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, shall remain unaltered. The time for furnishing sureties is also extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
