ORDER:
At the hearing, Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners requested for permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh revision petition as they have filed wrong pleadings.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.5173 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
