By way of this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the statement of account dated 15.6.2018. This letter, asking the petitioner to deposit certain amount, has been issued in pursuance of the order dated 4.5.2018 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.15413 of 2018. In the order itself, the petitioner had accepted that he would deposit the amount reflected therein. By way of the impugned letter, the authorities, after giving break up, have demanded the very same amount. In view thereof, it is not open to the petitioner to raise any dispute about the demand. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
