According to petitioner, a plot was allotted to him on 08.12.2020. However, there was some default on the part of the petitioner in payment of instalments, the said allotment was cancelled. However, after the intervention of this Court and depositing the entire amount by the petitioner, the allotment ought to have been restored in favour of the petitioner but the same has not been done till date.
The further grievance of the petitioner is that he has applied for sanction of building map and for raising construction but till date no order has been passed on the said application.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that if no order has been passed on the application of the petitioner regarding sanction of building map, the appropriate orders would be passed within three weeks from today.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of expecting the respondents to pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law, within three weeks from today.
