Order on Crl. Misc. Time Extension Application No. 1 of 2019
Heard Sri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsel on behalf of applicant and Sri Azad Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicant and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only time for appearance of the applicant has been sought for the reasons that due to some family problems the applicant was unable to appear and surrender before the concerned Court below pursuant to order dated 04.07.2019.
It is thus prayed that two weeks further time may be granted to the applicant for appearance before the court below pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.07.2019. Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks further time from today is granted to the applicant to appear and surrender before the concerned court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 04.07.2019.
In case the applicant does not appear within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
