Order in Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2019 Heard Sri Kamlesh Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant has moved this Correction Application seeking correction of the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by this Court and has argued that at the time of argument, it was the opinion of the Court that matter require consideration and till the next date, stay was to be granted but it appears that the same has been omitted from being mentioned in the impugned order.
Since learned counsel for the applicant seeks modification in the said order, hence the Correction Application would not lie. Accordingly, this Correction Application is dismissed with the direction that learned counsel may move appropriate application.
