This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 05.05.2017 passed by Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) IInd Jaunpur in Case No. 1779 of 2016 (State Vs. Fulchandra and Others arising out of Case Crime No. 101-C of 2007, under Sections 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station Machhalishahar District Jaunpur, whereby rejected the discharge application dated 29.09.2008.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It has been pointed out that charge in this matter has already been framed. The application is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
