(Application No.26162 of 2021) This is an application for correction in order dated 3.2.2021, passed by this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

Due to typographical error in para 7 (second line) of the order dated 3.2.2021, "under Sections 498A/304B" have been transcribed, instead of "under Sections 498A, 304-B I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act" and therefore, we allow the prayer made in the application with an observation that it should be read as "under Sections 498A, 304-B I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D.P. Act" and not under Sections 498A/304B.

This order shall be jointly read with order dated 3.2.2021.
