Matter has been taken up in the revised list. Sri Syed Saifulla holding brief of Ms. Sufia Saba, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Raj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the State are present. Sri Vikrant Gupta, learned counsel for the first informant is not present.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file appropriate application before the Sessions Court. He has filed Criminal Misc. Withdrawal Application No.04.2021 dated 18.10.2021 with the same prayer which is on record.
The said withdrawal application is allowed.
As prayed, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicant(s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person(s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number(s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
