After some argument, counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to make a prayer before the Principal Judge, Family Court before whom Divorce Petition is pending, to send the matter to the Mediation Centre or make effort for amicable settlement himself.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of prayer made.
