COMMON ORDER:
These three civil revision petitions arise out of common order dated 07.01.2010 in Case Nos.F1/1519/2007, F1/4080/2009 and F1/4081/2009 on the file of the Joint Collector-II, Ranga Reddy District.
After the cases were adjourned on several occasions, all the parties have come together and settled the dispute out of Court, by entering into memorandum of compromise dated 17.09.2014. They have filed C.R.P.M.P.No.4449 of 2014 in C.R.P.No.6041 of 2010, seeking to dispose of the civil revision petitions in terms of the said memorandum of compromise, which is annexed to the application.
At the hearing, the petitioners as well as the respondents are personally present. They have informed the Court that they have entered into the memorandum of compromise out of their free will and consent and requested for disposal of the civil revision petitions in terms thereof.
While placing on record the Court’s appreciation for the efforts of the learned counsel on both sides for being instrumental in the settlement of dispute between the parties, the civil revision petitions stand disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise, with the direction that the terms of the memorandum of compromise form part of this order. C.R.P.M.P.No.4449 of 2014 accordingly stands allowed.
As a sequel to the disposal of the civil revision petitions, interim orders dated 21.01.2011 in C.R.P.Nos.6041 and 6042 of 2010 stand vacated and C.R.P.M.P.Nos.8042 of 2010 and 8003 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
