The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Ravi @ Pintu in Case Crime No. 744 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 354(Ka), 376, 511 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur,.
Notice on opposite party no.2 has been served but no one has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2.
Implication of the applicant appears to be on account of matrimonial dispute.
Applicant is already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 09.02.2020. The order is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. before the competent Court on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 09.02.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
