The amendment application stands allowed.
Office/Computer Section is directed to correct the description of the district as Ghaziabad.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The petitioner, Manager of the Bank of India, Ghaziabad came to be terminated vide order dated 17.06.2021 in a disciplinary proceedings for causing loss to the bank at Rs. 50,76,170/-. By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"i) issue a Quo warranto writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 that why has he involved the petitioner in fraudulent and conspirental acts of the Mukesh Kumar Pridarshi, while the petitioner was not involved in the First Information Report.
ii) issue a certiorari, writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to 9 to reinstate the petitioner in his service, providing all the consequential benefits and allowing the allowances."
In my view, the petition is thoroughly misconceived. Dismissed, accordingly.
