2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.09.2018 submitted by the petitioner.
3. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.09.2018 by a speaking order and in accordance with law.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.09.2018 by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
