The averments made in the writ petition reveals that there is a dispute between the petitioner and respondent No. 6 relating to payment of rent, etc. in respect of the building, which the petitioner had taken from respondent No. 6 for running an educational institution.
In the opinion of the Court, the dispute being between two private persons, the instant petition is wholly misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
