Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Petitioner asserts that he is continuously working with the respondent bank since the year 2003 but his services have not been regularised so far. It is alleged that the persons similarly placed have been considered for regularization and that his claim has been arbitrarily ignored, till date.
