Heard Mr. H.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 19.7.2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 19.7.2021 description of case number has wrongly been transcribed as Case No. 2169 of 2021, whereas correct description is Case No. 2169 of 2020. He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 19.7.2021 at difference places be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, same is allowed.
In place of description Case No. 2169 of 2021, occurring at various places in order dated 19.7.2021, the description Case No. 2169 of 2020 shall be read.
This correction shall form part of earlier order dated 19.7.2021.
With the aforesaid observations, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
