Petitioner is not a public servant. He claims to be a resident of the village and want action against the respondent no.5.
Writ petition appears to have been filed on account of personal differences with respondent no.5 and is more in the nature of public interest. Law is settled that public interest litigation petition would not ordinarily be entertained in the service matters. Respondent authorities of the State have otherwise initiated exercise to examine the facts.
In view of the above, this petition is not liable to be entertained and is dismissed, accordingly.
