Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide the admit card of Reback Paper, Law IInd year, 3rd Semester to the petitioner."
Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- University, on instructions, submits that under the Regulation, petitioner can take re-back examination in property law commencing from 2 August 2021.
The writ petition is disposed of on the statement of learned counsel for the respondent-University.
