This appeal coming on for orders, this day, the Court delivered the following:
J U D G M E N T The appellant is the claimant, being not satisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded in judgment and award dated 16.03.2012 made in MVC.No.447/2011 passed by the Fast Track Court-II, Tumkur granting meager compensation for the injuries he has sustained. During the pendency of the above appeal, the appellant died. In view of death of the appellant, the LRs. of the appellant cannot prosecute the appeal, by virtue of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court reported in 1991 ACJ 707 between Kannamma Vs. Deputy General Manager, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation.
Accordingly, appeal dismissed.
