Revisionist has moved application for extension of interim stay order which has not been extended.
It is accepted to both the parties that as the stay order has not been extended and the execution is proceeding in the court below as there is direction of this court dated 20.8.2010 in Writ Petition No. 52786 of 2007 to complete the execution within a period of two months which period is to expire on 3.11.2010.
Counsel for the revisionist is ready to argue the matter on merits as a whole while counsel for the respondents is not ready. He seeks adjournment for the final hearing of the revision.
As agreed list on 20.10.2010.
Till the said date the execution continue but revisionist would not dispossessed.
