This appeal is preferred to question correctness of the judgment dated 8th February, 2012 whereby the appellant has been called for by notice to explain as to why proceedings be not initiated against him under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
From perusal of the judgment impugned, it is apparent that the appellant, who also happens to be a Senior Advocate of this Court tendered apology but that was not accepted.
Having considered all facts of the case and also looking to the fact that by efflux of time all issues which are referred in the judgment impugned have already been resolved, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this appeal by discharging the notice issued by accepting the apology tendered before learned Single Bench. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of by discharging the notice in the terms above.
