As per report submitted by CJM dated 21.02.2018, which has been received by this Court and has been flagged as 'A' it has been reported that the sole appellant Ravi Karan has died twenty years ago, therefore, the present appeal is abated against the sole appellant- Ravi Karan.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated.
