This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for setting aside the order dated 24.7.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Appeal No. 80 of 2018 and the order dated 8.5.2018 passed by the Addl. C.J.M., Room No. 3, Kanpur Nagar in Complaint Case No. 57884 of 2016, Smt. Vaishali Vihwakarma versus Ravi Kant Vishwakarma,under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act P.S. Govind Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned orders. The impugned orders reflect judicial application of mind. The amount of Rs.3,000/- as has been fixed as an interim maintenance cannot be said to be either excessive or disproportionate amount in the present days of high price rise. There is no good ground to allow this application.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
