This criminal writ petition has been moved seeking the direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in any manner against the law.
Heard Shri Jitendra Prasad Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Shri Raghuraj Kishore, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
Submission of counsel for the petitioner relates to some grievance which the petitioner have from the conduct of local police. Counsel has also submitted that some application in this regard was already given to the S.S.P. but no orders have been passed upon the same so far.
In absence of complete record, this Court is not in a position to know, assess or evaluate the circumstances of the case or the matter. However, the present petition stands disposed of with the direction that petitioner will have the liberty to move an application before the S.S.P. concerned and place his grievance before him and if any such application is moved within two weeks from today, the S.S.P. concerned shall look into the same and shall do the needful in accordance with law, as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
