Smt. Munseera K. P. – Advocate for Sri H.S. Chandramouli – Advocate for R-4) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the recruitment notification dated 31.05.2013 vide Annex-G issued by 3rd Respondent .
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Petition was listed yesterday. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and that the matter was pertaining to 2013, petition was listed today.
2. Petition is re-listed in view of the order dated 05.07.2017. By the said order, this Court ordered that if steps is not taken within the granted time of three weeks, petition as against the concerned respondent shall stands dismissed automatically. No steps having been taken, the order dated 05.07.2017 has taken effect. On perusal of the writ petition, it is seen that relief sought for is against third respondent. The writ petition having stood dismissed as against the third respondent vide peremptory order dated 05.07.2017, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
